Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do I need a referral to start physical therapy?
-
No, you do not need a referral to start with us. Georgia allows direct access to physical therapy without a physician’s referral for either 8 visits, or 21 days before requiring a referral from a physician.
2. Do you accept insurance?
-
We are a cash-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide a receipt or superbill you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We also accept HSA and FSA payments.
3. Why don't you accept insurance?
-
We choose not to work directly with insurance so we can put your needs first—not the insurance company’s.
-
No visit limits or restrictions – We focus on the care you need, not what your plan says you can have.
-
One-on-one care every visit – No double-booking or passing you to an aide.
-
Faster progress, fewer visits – We spend the full session on treatment, which often means you reach your goals in less time. We can provide a detailed receipt (“superbill”) if you’d like to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance.
4. Where do you provide therapy services?
-
We provide mobile physical therapy in the comfort of your home in Alpharetta, Roswell, and surrounding areas of North Atlanta Metro.

-
Yes! We provide telehealth sessions at your request
6. What conditions do you treat?

-
Wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows you to move easily during your session.
10. What should I expect on my first visit?

We’ll discuss your health history, lifestyle, and what you hope to achieve. We will complete a movement assessment and determine your functional deficits. Then we’ll outline a treatment plan tailored to your goals so you know exactly what comes next.
